Nimecore is primarily indicated to offer relief from chronic painful conditions such as osteoarthritis, arthritis, tenosynovitis as well as dysmenorrhea. How it works
Nimecore belongs to the category of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). How to use
Nimecore should be taken by mouth, with food, in doses recommended by the doctor. Nimecore is safe to be used among adults over 16 years of age. The daily dose should not exceed 200mg among otherwise healthy adults and 100mg/day among elderly. For menstrual pain, intake should be limited to not more than 7 days. Side effects
Most commonly reported side effects include nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, rash, asthma crisis in patients allergic to NSAIDs, headache and drowsiness.

Inflamacore is taken once daily orally with food, as directed by the doctor. It is safe to be used among individuals 16 years of age or older. Side effects
Constipation, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, heartburn/reflux, fluid retention, dizziness, bronchospasm are few of the common side effects reported.
